What's the difference between a newly renovated apartment and a non-renovated apartment?
Our fully-renovated apartments are optimized to provide maximum and better storage (see here, here, and here for examples) with new and redesigned closets and to provide unique features not found anywhere else. Although all of our renovations are different from each other, these features often include
- new built-in computer desks
- new built-in breakfast bars
- new wire-frame shelving (keeps your clothes fresh)
- built-in luxury lighting
- additional windows
- addition of new washers and dryers
- redesigned kitchens and bathrooms
- redesigned entrances with shoe racks and counters to offload your keys, etc.
- new carpet and tile
- new appliances
- new counter tops and cabinets
