As we follow up all our work orders, we can provide you with a better idea of our maintenance performance. "New Work orders Per Day" is the number of resident repair requests per day by phone, email, or IM. "Average Days to Completion" is the average number of days it takes us to complete a work order once it is received by a resident. "Reported Unsatisfactory by Resident" is the portion of our completed work orders that our residents say we did not do a good job on. We use all this information to help us do better.
